There’s more to love at M.A.C. 24/7 this month with over 10 new dishes joining our already extensive menu of gourmet comfort food favorites. Fresh local flavors combine with generous portions, stylish presentation, and a modern M.A.C. twist— the result? Nothing short of “ono-licious.”
The new Lobster Mac & Cheese Benedict ($19) with sauteed spinach, grilled tomato and sriracha hollandaise sauce over fresh island-baked English muffins, is a revelatory repurposing of a star player from our pupu menu, the Fried Maine Lobster Mac & Cheese Bites. One bite into the decadent layers will leave you lamenting “why didn’t we think of this sooner?!”
It’s definitely the kind of brunch game-changer we had in mind when revising the menu— after being voted “People’s Choice Best Breakfast” at the Ilima Awards this year, we wanted to give our guests more of what they love, but with a fresh take you can only find at M.A.C. 24/7.
For something sweet we’ve reimagined our Hawaiian Stuffed French Toast ($16) into an amped up version of the breakfast classic— ultra thick-cut slabs of light and fluffy Hawaiian Sweet Bread, filled with lemon cream cheese, and topped with a cloud of Chantilly whip, fresh strawberries, banana brulee and a side of guava jelly.
Among the new items are several vegan offerings, including the Acai Bowl ($11) with house-made granola, the Beyond Burger ($18), swapping beef with a plant-based (and gluten/soy-free) burger patty, and the Garden Napolean ($17), a towering terrain of grilled Portobello mushroom, zucchini, yellow squash, onion, red bell peppers, balsamic glaze, roasted garlic pesto and steamed rice.
